The Military Order of the Purple Heart, First Responders Program honors all Fallen or Wounded First Responders. Those who have given all receive a beautiful Plaque and those who have been wounded in the line of duty receive a wonderful Certificate. 2009-2010, Dept. Junior Vice-Commander, Bruce Boice, Ch.170, heads up the Department of Pennsylvania's efforts to honor all the Heroes who qualify for this program.
